Be Still

I’ve a penchant for one particular gazebo in Mussoorie. Most of my concerns dissolve once I chug my way up there.

That week I was rather disturbed with my life down in the plains. As I got to the gazebo one early morning, I found a sadhu in deep meditation.

I was about to move away leaving him alone when something strange caught my eyes: he seemed a little airborne! I rubbed my eyes. He levitated a bit more and then gently settled back down. I stayed back.

After some time he looked at me and said: “Practice sitting still”.
